Cloud 4 represents a meticulous renovation of a seaside apartment located in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki.

The project’s distinctiveness lies in the seamless integration of the owners' artistic and cultural belongings, including valuable art paintings and a grand piano, into the overall design. The aim was to preserve the apartment's original materials, which are integral to its unique identity.

To achieve this, the original parquet floors, wooden wardrobes in the bedrooms, and interior doors were carefully restored, maintaining the apartment’s historical character while minimizing its energy footprint. In line with sustainable practices, state-of-the-art mechanical equipment was installed to enhance energy efficiency and reduce consumption.

NOTUS Architects provided comprehensive design consultation, project management, specification and scheduling, material coordination, site visits, and quality control, ensuring that every detail of the renovation was executed to the highest standards. The outcome is a luxurious yet sustainable living space that respects its past while embracing modern comforts.
